Wearly

Terms of service

Last updated 8 October 2026.

These terms apply when you use the Wearly app or this website. If you do not agree with them, please do not use Wearly.

What Wearly is

Wearly generates images: it fits a garment photo onto a preset model photo, and it prepares product photos for marketplace listings. The output is generated by a machine learning model. It is an approximation, not a photograph of a real garment on a real person, and it will sometimes get details wrong.

Your account

You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for what happens under it. Tell us if you think someone else has access to it.

What you upload

You keep ownership of the images you upload. By uploading them you give us permission to process them for the single purpose of producing the result you asked for.

You must have the right to use what you upload. Do not upload:

We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

What you generate

The images Wearly produces for you are yours to use, including commercially — for product listings, for instance. Two things to keep in mind:

Limits and plans

Free accounts get a limited number of generations per day and per month. A paid plan raises those limits. Current limits are shown in the app and may change; we will tell you before reducing anything you have paid for.

Payment

Subscriptions are sold through Google Play, which handles payment, renewal and refunds under its own terms. Manage or cancel your subscription in the Google Play app. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access for the rest of the period you paid for.

Availability

We will try to keep Wearly running, but we do not guarantee it is always available or that every generation succeeds. Generation depends on third-party GPU providers. If a generation fails, it should not count against your limit — tell us if it does.

Liability

Wearly is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost sales or lost profits arising from your use of generated images. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Ending

You can stop using Wearly at any time and ask us to delete your account — see the privacy policy. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or that we reasonably believe is being used to harm others.

Changes

If these terms change we will update the date above and announce material changes in the app.
