Delete your account

Two ways to do it. Both remove the same things.

In the app

Open Wearly, go to Account, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account. You will be asked to confirm. Deletion happens immediately and you are signed out.

By email

If you no longer have the app installed, email wearly.ai.lens@gmail.com from the address you signed in with, and ask us to delete your account. We will complete it within 30 days and confirm when it is done.

What is deleted

Your account record — name, email address and profile picture
Every photo you have uploaded
Every image Wearly has generated for you
Your usage counts and plan status

What is kept, and why

If you ever bought a subscription, the record that a purchase happened is kept — the purchase token, the product and the dates — with the link to you removed. Two reasons: it is the record a tax authority expects to survive, and it is what stops the same purchase being redeemed again on a new account. It no longer identifies you.

Cancel your subscription separately

Deleting your Wearly account does not cancel a Google Play subscription — only Google can do that. Open the Play Store app → Subscriptions → Wearly → Cancel, or visit play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions. Do this before deleting your account, or Play will keep charging you.

Can it be undone?

No. Once deleted, your images are gone from our storage and cannot be recovered. Download anything you want to keep first.
